| Abstract: | The author suggests the concepts of judical interpretation, legislative interpretation,administrative interpretation and local interpretation, as well as the interrelations between them. Meanwhile, points out the difference between judical interpretation and local judical interpretation. He puts forward his own viewpoint on the relation between judical interpretation and some cases, also the significance for our construction of legality. |
