After its tough start-up and development,our non-governmental higher education has gained good momentum of devel-opment and,as an important component part of higher education,made active contributions to the popularization of higher educa-tion.Meanwhile,non-governmental higher education is also perplexed by the external environment and self-growth problem.Thisdemands that these problems be solved with a clear aim so as to enable non-governmental higher education to extricate itself fromthe difficult position and embark on the road of sustainable development.
