| 摘 要： | 教师对学生的期望与学生的发展关系非常密切。本文在阐述了教师对学生的期望－－罗森塔尔效应的含义及复杂的产生过程的基础上，提出了应建立积极的教师期望、正确地运用表扬与批评等建议。
