摘    要:教育良心是教师在履行教育职责过程中所表现出来的首先责任感和首先控制与评价能力,是教师履行职业道德要求,开展教育工作最重要的内在精神因素,教师应重视教育良心的培养。

Abstract:Conscience in education is the moral responsibility and moral control and evaluation ability that teachers exhibit in performing their functions in educating their students, and it is the most important internal spiritual element with which teachers demonstrate their vocational morality and conduct their teaching. Teachers should terefore pay close attention to its cultivation.
