| 摘 要： | 电子图书馆、数字图书馆等新形态图书馆是信息时代的新宠；另一方面，传统图书馆仍然具有强大的生命力。21世纪图书馆将处于两者兼容发展的阶段，其承载功能、资源采集、检索手段和运生机制等均呈现出兼容性特征。而与之相适应的是对复合型图书馆人才的迫切需求。

Accordingly, versatile librarians are needed. |
