唐代河朔幕府纳士与士人入幕心理

古代士人实现自身价值的唯一途径是进入仕途 ,科举考试是唐代士人入仕的途径。但是 ,科考特别是进士科考虽能擢第 ,得官却十分艰难 ,于是由先入幕而后登朝便成了唐代士人求得显达的另一途径。河朔本唐代环境恶劣地区 ,却仍有士人入幕。本文通过对河朔藩镇的纳士状况、河朔藩镇人员构成成分的考察 ,揭示失意士人入幕河朔的无奈的心理状态。

Employment of Scholars by Tang Dynasty Military Governors in Hesuo Region and the Scholars'' Psychology

The only way to self-realization for ancient scholars was to enter the official career, which, for scholars of the Tang dynasty, would be possible if they passed imperial examinations. Though successful candidates in imperial examinations, especially the highest ones, could get a promotion in social rank, it was difficult to get an official post; therefore, Tang dynasty scholars, even those in Hesuo, a region with adverse circumstances, entered offices of military governors in hopes of future service in the royal court. Through an examination of this practice in Hesuo region and the social statuses of the scholars, the article reveals the psychology of the frustrated scholars who had no alternative.
