摘    要:利用来源于干部职业群体的问卷调查数据,对不同性别调查对象的社会网络及其使用进行研究和比较.结果表明,在干部职业群体中,两性的社会网络资源并无本质差异,但职业地位的获得中男性比女性更多地使用了社会网络资源;不同性别职业地位获得的影响因素有很大差别,其中社会网络因素对于男性干部职位升迁发挥了显著的积极影响,但对女性干部的职位升迁无明显作用.
