| 摘 要： | 通过调查和实践，阐述了我国住宅小区智能化的要求及存在的主要问题，从尽快制定标准、加强行业主管部门协调、培育智能小区试点、培养智能化人才、提高小区的智能化的安全环境和自然环境五个方面提出了推进我国住宅小区智能化的途径。

| Abstract: | Through investigation and practice, the paper sets forth the requirements and major problems of our country's modern residential quarters. It points out the way that pushes on our country's modern residential quarters from five sides as follows: working out the standard, strengthening the coordination of responsible sectors, fostering the model modern residential quarter, cultivating the modern talents and raising the natural environment and security situation of residential quarter. |
