论西藏人民政治参与的历史进程

政治参与作为公民政治权利的一项重要内容,在现代社会已经成为政治现代化的一个重要标志;成为反映公民在政治系统中的地位和作用、反映我国人民当家作主权利是否实现、反映社会主义制度是否具有优越性的一个风向标。经过四十年的发展,西藏人民的政治权利已经得到了充分的发展。如今的西藏人民无论是政治参与的范围、能力,还是积极性、热情度都已经与旧社会有了不可同日而语的面貌和状况。西藏人民已经成为管理本地区政治、经济、文化等各项事业的主人。

On the Historical Course of Political Participation of the People in Tibet

Political participation,as an item of vital content of political rights of citizen,has become an important symbol of political modernization in present society.It has become a sign reflecting the position and effect of civility in the political system,realization of people independence,and superiority of socialism system.Political rights of the people of Tibet have fully developed in the past forty years.Political participation of the Tibet's people has took on a new look in range,capacity,initiative and enthusiasm.The people of Tibet have become owners and manage their all affairs.
