| Abstract: | The appreciation by Zhen Dexiu in his The Book of Songs emphasized the value of correctitude of disposition.This kind of literary thought comes from Confucian views on "gentleness and sincerity" and on the literature theory about "putting content above ornate wording".These views exert certain influence on the literary thought at the end of the South Song Dynasty. |
