| 摘 要： | 投资普通高中教育是我国农村家庭改变生存状况、提高生命质量、实现阶层向上流动的主要渠道。从新制度经济学的视角来看，影响该项教育投资预期收益的主要因素是交易成本大、费用高。其具体表现为交易资产专用性高、交易不确定性强、交易频率低和交易度量难度大。针对这些因素提出具体的解决思路。
