萨达特的经济开放政策评析

从1974年起开始实行的经济开放政策是萨达特时期埃及最重要的经济发展战略举措。这一政策的实质在于减少对经济的国家社会主义式的控制．将埃及的贸易与投资向国际资本主义市场开放；同时．改革公营企业；鼓励发展国内私营经济。经济开放政策实施期间，埃及吸引到了部分外资，并得到了大量来自阿拉伯国家和西方的援助．经济取得了较快发展，开放政策的成绩无疑是巨大的；但一些新的问题出现，对埃及的发展产生了消极影响，同样是不容忽视的。

The Review of Infitah During Sadat's Years in Egypt

The economic open door policy(infitah) which had been practiced since 1974 was the central piece of the Sadat regime's development strategic measure.The essence of Infitah was a cutback in economic controls,permitting an opening of Egypt's economy to trade and investment relations with the international capitalist market,reforming the public sector,and encouraging the development of domestic private economy.Infitah produced influx of the foreign capital and aids,which promoted the development of Egyptian economy.At the same time,some serious problems also appeared,which resulted in some negative influences on the development of Egypt.
