| 摘 要： | 春秋战国时期,由于诸侯争霸和兼并战争等原因,社会上出现了大规模的人口迁移现象,在这迁移的人流中不乏各类人才。人才流动是实现人才社会资源优化配置的重要环节,它为各种人才提供了施展才能的舞台,是人才个体成长的重要环境。春秋战国时期的人才流动在历史上是空前的,是我国古代第一次人才大流动。

| Abstract: | A great wave of population emigration took place in the Spring and Autumn and the Warring States Period because of the contends and conflicts for hegemony among feudal princes.Among the immigrants,there bound to be talents of all types.As a key tache in the optimal deployment of human resources and the vital condition for their development,brain transference provides the stage for the talents. |
