经济法律课引入道德教育的意义

经济法律课是大学商学院的专业必修课。经济法律规范的许多行为大都是对社会基本道德规范的制度化实践,因此,在讲解这些规范和分析具体案例时,适当引入引起这些行为的道德根源,对学生进行道德教育,不仅有利于提高大学生的道德水准,也有利于提高大学生理解经济法律的能力和增强大学生遵守法律的自觉性。

The Significance of Introducing Ethic Concept into the Economic Law Course

Economic law is a compulsory course for the commercial college students. Most behaviors, which economic law charges, are the systemic practice of the fundamental social ethic. Therefore, when teaching these criterions and analyzing the particular cases, properly introducing the ethics root, from which those behaviors originate, is essential. Because it will not only be propitious to raise the ethical level of college students, but also beneficial to enhance their understanding abilities during the economy law learning and strengthen their consciousness of obeying law.
