| 摘 要： | 在触电人身损害赔偿责任的归责原则问题上，应区分低压电和高压电，电力企业对低压触电人身损害承担过错推定责任；对高压触电人身损害承担无过错责任，但在多种原因导致的情况下，应依原因力大小各自承担责任，电力企业不承担连带责任。

| Abstract: | From doctrine of liability fixation in tort for electric shock of personal injury,we should distinguish between low-voltage and high-voltage electricity. Power companies assume the presumption of negligence liability in the low-voltage electric shock,and in the high-voltage electric shock they assume liability without fault.However,power companies assume liability according to the size of reasons in the case of a variety of reasons,rather than joint and several liability. |
