| 摘 要： | 农村公共物品的供给在社会主义新农村建设中发挥着重要作用。目前,我国农村公共物品供给结构失衡,严重偏离农民对公共物品的需求,影响农民的积极性。采用Holmstrom和Milgrom的多任务委托代理模型对农村公共物品供给结构失衡问题进行分析,提出对农村公共物品供给主体应建立合理的激励机制和监督机制,以使公共物品供给能真正满足农民需求,也为该类问题的研究提供一个新的视角。

| Abstract: | Rural public goods supply plays a very important role in the construction of new socialist countryside.At present, the imbalance in the structure of rural public goods supply deviates from peasant's demand.In this paper, multi-task principal-agent model is used to analysis this issue.A proper incentive mechanism and an effective supervisory mechanism are advised to be established to constraint the township government.The article also provides a new perspective for similar problems. |
