基于PLC的汽车构造教学板改装设计

摘    要:通常汽车构造教学实验台是用原车的部件制作的,电子控制单元和线柬价格很贵,随着汽车的不同,控制单元型号各异。教学演示板则是用塑料或木料制作的,活动部件由微型电机驱动,用开关或遥控器控制,不能完整地显示出零件的细节。用PLC代替汽车电子控制单元,采用原车的开关、传感器、执行器,制作汽车构造教学板,具有保证演示功能,保证主要部件的结构运动都显示在面前,减小教学成本的优点。

Abstract:Generally, the teaching experimental platform of automobile structure is made of original vehicle parts. The price of electron control cell and wiring harness is quite expensive. Along with the difference of the automobile, control cell's model is diverse. The teaching board for demo is made of plastic or timber, which active parts are driven by subminiature electromotor, controlled by switch or remote device, and it can not show the parts'details perfectly. Using PLC instead of electron control cell of automobile, it is introduced that the teaching board of automobile structure is made of the original switch/sensor/executer. There are several following merits for this way: i tt can ensure the template demo function in teaching, 2 It can ensure that the structure movements of the main pans show clearly, 3 It can save the fund using in electron control ceU and wiring harness.
