| 摘 要： | 财政部财政监察专员办事机构是按照建立社会主义市场经济体制和新的财税体制的要求 ,在财政部原派出机构的基础上改建而成的一个就地履行财政监督职能的专门机构。到目前为止 ,除西藏自治区以外 ,财政部在全国 35个省、自治区、直辖市、计划单列市设立了财政监察专员办事处。随着计算机信息技术的不断进步 ,会计电算化的深入应用 ,财政监察工作也亟待转变 ,以适应计算机信息化的要求。

| Abstract: | The public finance of Ministry of the specialist finance inspection administration is according to the establishment socialism market economy system and new finance and tax system of request, change to set up a specialized organization that implement the right of central finance inspection on the foundation of the Ministry of Finance sending organization. So far, in addition to Tibet, the Ministry of Finance is in 35 provinces, autonomous regions of whole country, direct jurisdiction city, planned the single row City to establish the specialist finance inspection office. Along with development of computer information technology and applying of computerization of financial functions, the public finance inspection also need change, in order to adapt for the request of computer information. |
