| 摘 要： | 我国研究生教育实行收费制度的改革已成为公众舆论关注的问题。作者认为,我国研究生教育实行收费制度的改革有其必要性和可能性。当前应积极推进研究生收费制度的改革工作,并在政策上保障研究生收费制度的顺利进行。
