生态建设与国家安全

生态问题同国家安全有着全方位的关系，因而，生态安全已经成为国家“非传统安全”研究的重要内容之一。在历史上，这个问题还没有引起军事家的高度重视，在当代，由于科学发展观、可持续发展战略的提出，新军事变革中国家安全观念的发展，研究生态和生态建设国家经济、政治、文化发展及国家战略制订的全方位关系，具有重要的理论和实践意义。

Ecological Construction and National Security

Ecological issues have much bearing on national security, and hence ecological security has become one of the important subjects of the nation＇s ＂non-traditional security＂. In history, the matter didn＇t draw military experts＇ attention. Nowadays, with the setting forth of scientific development viewpoint and sustainable development strategy and the evolution of national security concept in new military changes, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study ecology and all-round beating of ecological construction in the development of national economy, politics, culture and in the drawing-up of national strategy.
