摘    要:总结“十五”以来福建农林大学学科建设的成绩和经验,分析学科建设存在的问题,结合实际,提出“十一五”期间学科建设的目标和加快学科建设的具体措施。(1)认真做好规划,既要有所突破,又要可持续发展;(2)转变思路,加强建设,提高质量;(3)优化学科建设环境,促进学科建设良性循环;(4)汇聚学术队伍,建立一支高素质的学术梯队;(5)加强学科创新平台建设,加大校内资源共享力度;(6)重视研究生的招收和培养,发挥其科研主力军作用;(7)加强自我评估,以评促建,推动学位授权点整体水平的提高;(8)加大对外合作交流力度,提升学科建设的层次和水平。

Abstract:Achievements and experiences of disciplines construction at Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University since the period of the Tenth Five-year Plan are summarized.Meanwhile the goal of disciplines construction and the measures to realize it in the period of the Eleventh Five-year Plan are proposed:(1) The plan should be well made considering both breaking-through and sustainabe development.(2) The ideas should be updated, construction strengthened and quality improved.(3) The environment for disciplines construction should be optimized to promote its regular cycle.(4) An academic echelon with high quality should be built.(5) The conditions for disciplinary innovation and share of campus resources should be improved.(6) Enrollment and training should be emphasized to give full play to their role as the main force in scientific research.(7) Self-evaluation should be strengthened to accelerate the construction and raise the overall level of degree-awarding centres.(8) Overseas cooperation and exchange should be enlarged to raise the level of disciplines construction.
