应用聚类分析研究松科植物分类系统

摘    要:本文根据近年来陆续对松科(Pinaceae)植物进行的多学科研究资料,综合选取了松科67个性状,采用聚类分析方法和数值计算,从数量分类角度探讨了松科各属间的亲缘关系,由此提出新的松科分类系统。聚类分析结果显示:(1)油杉属(Keteleevia)、冷杉属(Abies)、铁杉属(Tsaga)、雪松属(Cedrus)、金钱松属(Pseudolarix)较近缘,此五属组成冷杉亚科(Abietoideae);(2)云杉属(Picea)和银杉属(Cathaya)较近缘,黄杉属(Pseudotsaga)和落叶松属(Laris)较近缘,且前二属与后二属又较近缘,此四属当可组成落叶松亚科(Laricoideae);(3)松属(Pinus)与其它各属均疏远,单独构成松亚科(Pinoideae)。

Abstract:Based on recent years multi-subjects research, this paper discusses the rela-tionchip of all genera in Pinaceae from the angle of quatitative classification by means of cluster analysis and numerical calculation, comprehensively choosing 67 characteristics of ten genera from morphology,anatomy,embryo grouth,cytology,palynology,phytochemistry and biochemistry. Thus a new classificatory system of Pinaceae has been proposed. The results of cluster analysis indicate that (1)A bietoideae consists of Keteleeria,A bies,Tsaga,Cedrus and Pseudolarix which are related; (2)Picea is related to Cathaya,Pseudotsuga is related to Lar-ix,and the former two are related to the latter two,so Laricoideac consists of the four gener-a;(3)Pinus is quite distant from the other genera and singlely forms monotypic Pinoideae.
