| 摘 要： | 新形势下高校图书馆员必须具备较高的思想道德素质、过硬的业务素质、较强的信息素质、良好的身心素质。要重塑馆员的良好素质可从培养终身学习的习惯、积极开展岗位培训、有计划地开展继续教育、引入竞争机制,加强学术交流等方面着手。

| Abstract: | Under the new situations,colleges and universities librarians must have higher moral qualities,fine professional quality,higher qualities of information,the good physical and mental quality;but how can we improve those qualities? we should cultivate a habit of lifelong study ourselves,carrying out on the active-duty job training,launching the continuing education, introducing competition mechanism,strengthening academic exchanges and other aspects. |
