BPR与TQM的比较分析及其对泰罗模式的回归

摘    要:BPR和TQM作为两种新的管理模式,在内容上尽管存在着诸多不同点,但在实际上又体现出许多相似之处。从TQM和BPR深层次的管理哲学理念看,二者都可以追溯到泰罗模式,都从一元论出发来处理劳资双方的关系,在决策形式上都由管理层单方决策,都大量使用科学管理工具,并且都认为可以找到管理的最佳模式。可以说,在管理哲学的理念层面上,TQM和BPR同泰罗的科学管理思想一脉相承;而且在企业的管理实践中,二者也紧密结合在一起,互相补充。

Abstract:From the tenets and contents of BPR and TQM, it can be observed that there exists ostensible distinctive difference. Whereas BPR experts espouse that BPR represents a dramatic break up from traditional management thinking, it embodies the essence of TQM in various aspects, such as top management commitment, employee empowerment, customer satisfaction and process design etc. with further exploring their management philosophy and ideology, both TQM and BPR can be traced to Taylorism in respect of unitarism, unilateral decision-making and one-best-weay management thinking. Theoretically. TQM and BPR inherit the management ideology of the scientific management of Taylorism. While in practice, these two approaches reflect a complementary causal relation.
