| 摘 要： | 网络环境下的图书馆参考咨询服务,在内容和形式上与传统的手工检索方式相比都是大相径庭。通过与传统图书馆工作的比较,分析网络环境下图书馆参考咨询服务的特点,指出在网络环境下参考咨询服务的发展趋势,提出了网络时代加强图书馆参考咨询服务的思路。
