| 摘 要： | 中国的国有企业是一种独特的制度现象,是一种特殊类型的企业组织形式。其制度变迁具有明显的阶段性特征。随着社会主义市场经济体系的不断完善,国有企业的行为较之传统意义上的国有企业亦发生了重大变化。改革初期国有企业之间“三角债”的出现和泛滥是造成当今中国社会企业缺失诚信的制度性根源。

| Abstract: | The state-owned enterprises (SOE) in China are a unique phenomenon of system and a special-type organizational form of enterprises. SOE's institutional reformation has a prominent period feature. With the increasing improvement in socialism market economy system, the behaviors of state-owned enterprises have also changed significantly compared with the behaviors of the traditional SOEs. |
