全球化背景下中国电视新闻的变革

20世纪90年代以来,中国电视新闻在新闻内容、叙事方式和传播手段上不断实行变革。以受众需求为选择新闻内容的依据,以受众易于接受的话语来讲述新闻,充分发挥电视的优势来传播新闻,逐渐成为广大电视新闻工作者的共识。与此同时,内容上过分迎合受众而走向媚俗,表达上过分煽情而失去冷静和真实,传播上过分注重形式而缺乏内容等问题也应当引起人们的警惕。中国电视新闻改革的根本动力在于媒体经营管理体制的变革所带来的受众观念的改变,改革过程中直接或间接受到经济全球化和西方新闻理论与实践的影响。只有以中国国情作为改革的框架和背景,超越对受众的简单迎合,中国的电视新闻改革才能沿着正确的轨道不断向前发展。

The Reform of Chinese TV News in the Context of Globalization

Since 1990s, TV news in China has been reforming in aspects of contents, narrative style and the way of communication. It has been generally agreed on by journalists that choosing news contents should be based on the audience's requirement, that news is supposed to be narrated in the ways the audience tent to accept, and that we ought to make good use of TV to disseminate news. Meanwhile, it should have been on guard against that contents cater for audience excessively leading to poor tastes, that expression is too emotional to be sober and true, and that dissemination dwells on formation lack of contents, etc. The basic reformative motivation of TV news in China is changing of audience's conception due to the revolution in the area of media operation and management system, during the process, the reformation will be influenced directly or indirectly by economical globalization and news theories and practice in the West. Reformation of TV news in China won't be going forward in the correct orbit unless it is considered Chinese reality as its frame and background and abandons simply catering for the audience.
