| 摘 要： | 近年来银行界已开发出与中小企业生产、经营和投资活动相关的物流融资业务，但中小企业融资难问题仍未解决。我国目前中小企业进行物流融资面临社会背景、银行政策和自身问题等多重困难。通过对操作模式的理性思考，可以破解物流融资误区，更新物流融资观念，并利用“银企政合作”物流融资模式指导中小企业物流融资。

| Abstract: | Despite the new approaches developed in recent years by banking circles for logistics financing concerning the production, operation and investment of small and medium enterprises （ SMEs）, financing remains a dilemma for them due to problems related to their social backdrop, banking policy and their own limitations. Based on rational thinking of the principles of logistics financing, this paper aims to explore a government-bank-enterprise coorperation model to solve the difficulties. |
