论大学生素质评价体系的重构

目前我国高校素质评价存在重视学习过程而忽视评价过程,结果是评价体系过于片面和缺乏个性化,最终导致培养的人才与社会需求错位。因此,有必要重构科学的评价体系。科学的评价体系能够进一步引导、推进学校的素质教育;能够加大考试改革力度,使学生“不想和不能作弊”;能够减少大学生的心理压力。建立大学生素质评价体系的策略有个性化评价策略、自我评价策略、多角度评价策略、系统化评价策略、重点突出评价策略、分步骤评价策略等。

On the Construction of the Appraisal System of College Students' Quality

At present,the quality appraisal in our universities put emphasis on the process of study,while neglecting the process of appraisal.It makes the appraisal system one-sided and lack individuality and eventually results in the dislocation between the cultivation of talents and social demands.Therefore,it is necessary to establish a scientific appraisal system,which can further guide and propel the all-around development of school education and reduce university students' psychological pressure.
