| 摘 要： | 马克思主义中国化与马克思主义哲学中国化都是当前学术界讨论的热门话题。但人们在讨论过程中却往往将两者混淆起来，从而造成了极大的混乱和诸多困惑。文章从学科分类、命题意蕴、学术旨趣、侧重内容、研究范式和有无基本问题等六个方面对两者区分的必要性及两者的区别进行了较为细致的论析。

| Abstract: | Sinicization of Marxism and sinicization of Marxist philosophy are hot academic topics in which people often confuse one with the other in their discussion causing puzzles and confusion. This paper deals with the differences in classification, propositions, academic meaning, content focus and research paradigms. Besides, the necessity to differentiate both is also analyzed in depth. |
