| 摘 要： | 我国农民工为现代化建设、城市的繁荣和发展做出了巨大的贡献,但因没有得到应有的地位和回报而出现的心理问题已经成为社会各界人士高度关注的社会问题。文章总结了农民工常见的心理问题并进行了理论分析,提出了解决农民工心理问题的调适对策。这将有利于社会的繁荣与稳定,有利于和谐社会的构建。
