| 摘 要： | 独立学院是我国高等教育大众化进程中一种新的办学模式，其在面临崭新机遇的同时也面临前所未有的冲击和挑战。构建特色发展模式是独立学院在日益激烈的竞争中发展的必然要求，在资源有限的情况下，独立学院应结合地域特点建设学科和专业，建立“双师型”教师队伍和分层次地进行人才培养。

| Abstract: | Independent College is a new operation model in the process of popularization of Chinese higher education. So there are unprecedented opportunities as well as challenges for it. Facing the increasingly fierce market competition, the characteristic development of independent colleges is certainly required. With limited resources, independent colleges should take regional characteristics into consideration to form their disciplines and specialties, construct the teacher force with two abilities and implement stratified talent training plans. |
