中国法律思想史研究三十年

近30年，中国法律思想史从初步确立到加速发展最终走向繁荣，在多个论域中展开了理论争鸣，产生了丰富的理论成果。同时，中国法律思想史在学科建设、教材改革、学术研究、队伍建设、人才培养等方面获得了巨大的成就，取得了丰富的经验。梳理近30年中国法律思想史研究概况，有利于进一步研究中国法律思想史。

A Summary of the Past Thirty Years' Research of History of Chinese Legal Theory

In the past 30 years（1978-2008）, the research of history of Chinese legal theory has experienced its establishment and booming; the theoretical controversies have occurred in many fields, many fruitful achievements have appeared. Achievements and experiences also have obtained in academic discipline, textbook reform, academic study, faculties,education of history of Chinese legal theory. It is necessary to review and reflect the process of 30 years so as to lay a solid foundation for the in-depth study.
