| 摘 要： | 和谐的财务服务体系是高校教学、科研等方面得以优化发展的重要条件和保障系统。在当前我国高等教育事业日益发展对高校财务服务工作提出新要求的背景下，如何构建和谐的高校财务服务体系，完善教育财务服务功能，提高财务服务质量，促进高校教育事业发展，是值得探讨并具有现实意义的问题。
