| 摘 要： | 本文联系新形势下对文化道德建设所提出的更高层次的要求 ,从文化层面上讨论了我国现行政治体制下的行政手段及行政方式的历史变迁 ,指出我国现行行政文化的历史继承性 ,分析了江泽民同志所提出的以德治国思想的深刻内涵 ,并对我国行政文化及行政道德的发展方向提出了思考。

| Abstract: | Under the new circumstances, more requirements are needed for cultural and moral fostering.The paper studies the administrative means and its historical changes under China's political system, points out the historical heritage of China's present administrative culture and analyzes the connotations of the thought on running state affairs according to ethics made by Jiang Zheming.Finally, it suggests the trend of developing China's administrative culture and its morals. |
