| 摘 要： | 建设社会主义新农村关键在于培养和造就有文化、懂技术、会经营的新型农民。加快现代农业发展,调整农村产业结构,实现农村劳动力向城市转移,加强农村精神文明建设和推进农村民主政治建设,都要求培养和造就新型农民。培养和造就新型农民既是建设社会主义新农村的重要内容,也是推进社会主义新农村建设的根本措施。
