对新时期高校毕业生就业工作的思考

在新时期，知识已成为社会的核心，知识成了第一生产力，然而，目前大学生就业难问题日趋成为社会的热点。文章从社会、高校和毕业生的角度系统阐述了造成就业难的主要原因，提出了当前社会和高校亟待解决及高校毕业生在就业预备和求职过程中应注意的问题。

A Reflection on the Employment of the Contemporary College Graduates

In the new period, knowledge has become the core of our society and the first productive force. However it's more difficult for college students to obtain employment than before. This paper expounds the reasons why it's difficult for them to take up an occupation from the angle of society, of universities, and of graduates themselves, pointing out several questions posing before the society and universities. Some suggestions have also been made on what the graduates should do before and during the process of job-seeking.
