| 摘 要： | 全面落实科学发展观，构建社会主义和谐社会，增强中华民族凝聚力，激发全民族文化创造活力，提高国家文化软实力，必须推进哲学社会科学的发展与繁荣。民族院校作为我国哲学社会科学研究的重要阵地之一，肩负着发展繁荣哲学社会科学的光荣历史责任。推进哲学社会科学的发展与繁荣是民族院校的应有职责；民族院校推进哲学社会科学的发展与繁荣优势独特；加强队伍与平台建设是发展与繁荣哲学社会科学的关键；特色发展道路是民族院校繁荣哲学社会科学的根本出路。
