摘    要:依据公司治理结构的逻辑发展趋势,研究企业所有权安排中人力资本的产权特征,提出建立人力资本贡献价值股权化的现代企业制度,试图为我国公司治理改革找到一条切实可行的出路.

Abstract:On the basis of the logical development tendency of company administering structure, this article provides a probe of the characteristics of the property rights of human capital in the process of enterprise propriety rights arrangement with an attempt to establish a modern enterprise system of shared value of human capital contribution and to find a practical measure for the reform for company administering structure in China.
