The role of capital operation in the development of higher education

The capital operation is the sole access to the expansion and development of the business.Manipulating the operation of capital is the irreplaceable measure in the reformation for the institutions of higher learning.The institutions of higher learning can borrow the successful experiences in capital operation of plenty of enterprises.Though these experiences are preferable,they cannot be identical.This article discusses the definition,target and characteristics of capital operation,and lists some living examples.To apply capital operation to institutions of higher learning,the article suggest that the experience above would promote more capital increment of the institutions of higher learning and better development of higher education by effective operation and management.
