| 摘 要： | 随着现代社会的不断发展以及知识经济、信息化时代的到来，“大学”这一古老的组织体系面临着前所未有的机遇和挑战，其内涵、职能结构也随着时间、社会的变化及大学自身的特点有所差异。因此，大学内涵及其职能是个历史概念，应针对具体情况具体分析，为自己设立“边界”，在与社会保持密切联系的同时，保持自身的相对独立和反思性思考。

| Abstract: | With the development of the modern society, along with the arrival of the knowledge-based economy and the information age, ＂the University＂ which is an ancient organization system is facing the unprecedented opportunity and challenge. Its connotation and the function structure are also different along with the change of time and society, and universities＇ own characteristic. Therefore, the university＇s connotation and function are the historical concepts. It should be analyzed concretely of eoncrete conditions. |
