| Abstract: | With the further development of globalization and the increasingly active international operations of Chinese enterprises, more and more transnational merge & acquisition indicates that Chinese enterprises have entered a new developing stage.Transnational operations of Chinese enterprises will continue steadily and successfully only when they insist on their developing strategies,overcome obstacles and restricting factor of all kinds,and strive to raise their competitiveness. |
