农民均平求富心态与农业生产经营体制变迁

农民具有的均平求富心态在农业生产经营体制变迁中发挥重要作用。农业合作化运动中,我党采取国家帮助发展、大力宣传合作化的好处等措施,满足农民均平求富愿望,引导农民参与合作化。人民公社时期,大量农村剩余转化为工业资本积累,无法实现农民增收,最终促生新时期家庭经营和集体经营相结合的双层经营体制。不同时期的生产经营体制只有体现、适应、满足农民均平求富心态,实现生产发展和农民增收,才会成为农民的自觉选择,才会长久。
