家族企业引入职业经理人决策行为研究

家族企业的兴亡事关我国经济发展大计。针对家族企业在引入职业经理人过程中出现的柠檬市场、道德风险等问题,运用博弈论的研究方法,建立了家族企业和职业经理人的博弈支付矩阵,在此基础上,运用演化博弈理论得出了双方博弈的稳定策略,并用仿真软件进行了仿真,研究表明,企业经理人能否守信及创造财富的能力是两者合作考虑的核心要素,因此,家族企业和职业经理人、政府应本着相互信任的精神,发挥各自的优势,打造和谐的合作环境,实现多方的合作共赢。
