农村社会组织发展对中国法治化作用的思考

农村社会组织的涌现是改革开放以来中国农村社会深刻变革的必然结果。农村社会组织的发展是推动中国法治建设的重要力量：能够为民主立法提供必要的组织基础,从而有利于制定体现农民权益的＂良法＂;能够形成强大的民意压力和舆论力量,从而有利于监督、制约农村的公共权力;能够为农村法治建设提供不竭的动力,从而有利于培育农村法治建设的社会根基;能够形成新型的农民权利保障机制,从而有利于农民权利的保障。为了推动农村社会组织的进一步健康发展,政府必须解放思想、加强监督,为其营造良好的制度环境,农村社会组织要加强自律、增强组织的凝聚力和公信力。
