| 摘 要： | 文章以西北农林科技大学为例,选用非参数数据包络分析(DEA)的曼奎斯特(Malmquist)指数法,对2006-2010年学校产学研结合效率进行了测算与分析。研究表明,2006-2010年,西北农林科技大学产学研相结合的绩效水平一直保持增长趋势,其年平均增长率为9.9%,而且绩效水平的增长完全来源于技术进步,且学校产学研结合的发展达到了规模有效,表明西北农林科技大学产学研相结合的技术水平是在不断改进和发展的。

| Abstract: | The article takes Northwest A & F University as an example to measure and analyze the efficiency of industry,academy and research combination from 2006 to 2010 with the DEA and the Malmquist Index.The result shows that the performance has a growing trend and the annual average growth rate reached 9.9% in 2010.In addition,the growth depended totally on technology,with the combination of industry,academy and research reaching the effective scale.That indicates the level of combination of industry,academy and research in Northwest A & F University is increasing and improving constantly. |
