公务员关联绩效与工作满意度关系研究

摘    要:公务员表现出来的关联绩效能够提高组织效能,而工作满意度能够改善公务员心理与行为,促进关联绩效的提高。论文通过问卷调查分析了公务员工作满意度和关联绩效的关系,结果显示,公务员关联绩效整体水平较高,关联绩效与工作满意度各维度都有较高的相关性,但工作满意度得分高者与得分一般者关联绩效差异不显著。工作满意度的内在满意度和一般满意度对公务员关联绩效有着显著的预测作用,外在满意度不显著。

Abstract:The contextual performance of civil servants can improve effectiveness of organization,while job satisfaction can improve civil servants’ psychology and behavior,and enhance their contextual performance.The paper analyzes the relationship between contextual performance and job satisfaction of civil servants by questionnaire inquiring.The results show that the level of civil servants’ contextual performance is higher.There was high correlation between contextual performance and job satisfaction,but it had not significant difference of contextual performance between high-score and general-score of job satisfaction.Internal satisfaction and external satisfaction can forecast contextual performance preferably,while general satisfaction can’t forecast contextual performance.
