经济型酒店顾客感知价值评价模型及应用

摘    要:日益激烈的市场竞争迫切要求经济型酒店从顾客维度出发探讨企业竞争力提升问题。文章以经济型酒店产品内涵和运作模式为依据构建顾客感知价值评价模型,通过实证研究得出客房卫生、服务操作技能、直接价格、客房舒适度和服务意识为经济型酒店顾客感知价值最具影响力的驱动因子。

Abstract:More and more fierce competition compels the economic hotel to think about the upgrade of competitiveness from the perspective of the customer.This paper attempts to construct competitiveness-evaluation model for the economic hotels based on customer perception,indicating that the cleaning,operating skill,direct price,comfortability and service concept are the most valuable factors which influence economical hotels best.
