| 摘 要： | 文章采用实证研究的方法对女大学生择业压力进行量化分析,从女大学生择业的内部资源压力和外部环境压力两方面剖析影响女大学生择业的一些的主客观因素。并有针对性地提出解决女大学生在择业过程中所遭遇问题的对策。

| Abstract: | This paper is an empirical study of female college students' stress in choosing jobs.It analyzed some subjective and objective factors which influenced female college students' job selection from the aspects of internal resource stress and external environment stress.Some countermeasures are put forward at the end of the paper. |
