| 摘 要： | 邓小平的政治体制改革思想是伴随着改革的深入不断发展、完善的。在其发展过程中,邓小平对改革目标、关注重点、重视程度和一些具体问题的论述都呈现出S形发展的特点。这种特点是由于中国改革面对的具体问题所造成的,是多种因素共同作用形成的结果。这种S型发展的特点,体现了邓小平对政治体制改革所具有风险和困难的清醒认识及灵活应对,对中国正在进行的政治体制改革具有重要的启示。
